The latest version of EpimiRBase is available for searching and for download in .csv, .xml and .json formats. The latest version includes data from 33 new publications. EpimiRBase now contains 2,152 microRNA-epilepsy associations (1,244 up and 907 down regulated) from 74 publications including 998 unique microRNA from three species: human (202), mouse (866) and rat (1,083).
